Peel Regeneration Project

bulletsPeel Town Commissioners are working with McGarrigle and Jackson (M&J) on plans for the regeneration of Peel Town Centre. M&J have submitted, on PTC's behalf, an application for the full funding of the scheme in the sun of £2.2m. The Government has set aside £8m for Town and Village regeneration.
bulletsThe whole proposal can be divided up into smaller sections if we are unable to secure the whole project costs.
bulletsNo timetable is yet in place until we know the outcome of our application. We have gone out to public consultation, with the plans on display at the recent Commissioners' public meeting on 27 June 2009 in the Philip Christian Centre.
