6-Week Mindfulness Training Course

– Train your mind, transform you life –

Mindfulness is the ancient art of living in the present moment, backed by a wealth of modern neuroscience.

This 6-week Mindfulness training course is suitable for anyone interested in discovering a new relationship to life, and developing transformational self-awareness skills such as focus, mental clarity, physical relaxation, emotional resilience, perspective and compassion.

You will be supported throughout your journey by Mike Kewley a practitioner of meditation for over 20 years who shares his passion for Mindful living with humour and insight.

About Mike:

Mike Kewley is a Teacher of Mindfulness based on the Isle of Man where he offers courses, workshops, retreats and private sessions. He has been a practitioner of meditation for 20 years and his teaching style is deeply influenced by Zen, Neuroscience and Nonduality.

Mike has appeared as a guest on Conscious TV, given A TEDx talk on Happiness and is a curator of the Everyday Mindfulness Youtube Channel. He shares his passion for Mindful living with humour and insight.
