At the AGM on 1st May 2018 Christine Moughtin was elected to serve as Chair of Peel Commissioners for the municipal year 2018/19. Alan Jones was elected as Deputy Chair of Commissioners, and roles of Commissioners were determined as set out on this page: Who are Peel Commissioners?

Soapbox Derby today. Road closures: the prom will be closed to traffic to the Crec Malin to enable the event to run this afternoon. Walpole Road will be open to two way traffic to enable access to the far end of the prom.
