IMPORTANT: Due to forecast gale force winds on Saturday 31st, the Oie Houney, Hop-tu-Naa, and Firework display will now be held on Friday 30th October at the same times.
Following from last year's successful and very popular Christmas market, we've set the date for the 2020 event on 28th November. We are now open for applications for traders' stalls and you can Download the form here.
Oie Houney is coming to Peel on 31st October. It will include Hop tu naa celebrations and Peel Commissioners' firework display, and is not to be missed! But, you can also take part. Have a look at the dedicated Oie Houney website to see what is needed and how to sign up... https://oiehouney.com/
Peel Campsite will remain fully open until the end of September, and after this the campsite will be open at the weekends until 25th October 2020.
In light of Covid-19, refunds for monies paid for future bookings (except deposits, which are not refundable) can be applied for in writing to the Town Hall. Many events are now being cancelled due to Covid-19. We are not able to make sure that the event information on our pages and Facebook is all accurate all of the time. Please make enquiries before attending any events listed to check for postponement or cancellation.
Although the current government position is that "Due to the measures being introduced on Monday, at this stage government will not be placing any restriction on public gatherings", it is clear that some events are being cancelled or postponed.
