Peel Town Commissioners Rates Increase for 2022/23

The Commissioners agreed at their last board meeting to increase both the Town and Refuse Rates from the 1 April 2022 as described below:

Town Rate                          7p increase in rate from 257p to 264p

Refuse Rate                       £2.00 increase in rate from £196 to £198 per household

These increases represents the first increase in the Town Rate in a six year period and the refuse rate which was frozen last year.
