Peel Town Commissioners can confirm household bin collection will take place in Peel on the usual weekly collection days during the Covid 19 lockdown restriction period which have been put in place by the Government from Midnight tonight for the next 21 days. The Commissioners’ refuse collection contractor will be using smaller teams to collect refuse during this time and collections may take place earlier or later than usual on your collection day.
The Commissioners’ contractor would be grateful if any residents self isolating at this time could volunteer this information to him or the Commissioners in confidence by contacting 494936 or 842341 respectively. This will enable his operatives to put in place additional measures to further reduce the potential spread of the Covid virus.
